hello yahoo lol i used to be a big smoker (weed) id smoke everyday multiple times a day but on januarary 17th i quit so i could get a job now its febuarary 9th and i went to take a drug test at the hospital for quest diagnostics, i drank about two gallons of water before i went urinating about ten times before i took it after i took the test i looked at the piece of paper they had given me and where it says specimen collection there is three choices one is split another is single and the other is none provided enter remark well the woman checked the none provided enter remark and didnt leave a remark what does that mean? that i failed?

You failed
None provided usually means you didn't give a sample. Are you sure you're reading the form correctly? They would not know yet whether or not you passed but you could possibly fail from all your drug use.
