Man, i swallow horsepills without anything. lol..
Put the pill in the back of your mouth, create saliva and then swallow. Some pills (like advil) can cause sensations in your chest 5 minutes after swallowing, so i do recommend drinking water after consuming any pill. it helps carry and break it down. Main point.. put the pill on the back part of your tongue first that way it doesnt get lost in your mouth. hope this helps xoxo
put it at the BACK of your tounge and take a considerable amount of WATER in your mouth and wash it down. you shouldn't swallow pills with food if you can help it. eat before taking the pill if you are required to have eaten to have it.
