Question: Anorexia people that think they're fat? BDD?
I know that some people with anorexia think they are fat even if they are just skin and bones because of Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
Is it only in mirrors that they see themselves fat, or can they look down and see their love handles, or see that their shadow is fat too? Can't they feel the ribs?
What I basically want to know is how much the mind is able to distort reality?

Many people in the world have minds that can not distinguish between reality and fiction.
The anorexic people can feel the ribs but in their mind they believe it is normal and that they can always get skinnier.
