What am I sick with?!?! HELP!?!

Question: What am I sick with?!?! HELP!?
It all started on Monday (2 Days ago) I woke up at 5am throwing up twice and feeling like crap all day. I had the chills and a fever and nausea. Tuesday early morning at 1am I threw up again twice. I been drinking sierra mist and water. Haven't aten anything. (Havent been in the mood for food). I haven't thrown up since. my chills are gone. I do get warm every once and while. I been getting a good night sleep. But still feel yucky and no energy to do anything. I missed 2 days of classes. Today I woke up feeling good but once i showered and did some stuff I felt awful. I was hungry today I ate soup and had half of a grilled chesse. Didn't wanna over do my eating. Do I or Did I have the stomach bug? Should I go to the Doctor? I heard these stomach bugs are going around.

Also My right hip has been hurting and right leg has been hurting.
Right now I feel like I could vomit again.

WHATS WRONG WITH ME?!?!

You probably got the flu bug. It sounds like you are getting better. Try drinking some peppermint or ginger tea, it fights off nausea. Stay laying in bed or on the couch and rest as much as you can. You might want some Gatorade if you feel like you are dehydrated at all, dehydration can also cause nausea. You could go to the doc if you want, but the flu bug is a virus so nothing they could do for you especially since it sounds as though you are doing better. Get some good sleep and see how you feel in the morning.

The stomach bug is going around. Maybe go to the doctors, they should tell you what is happening. Better to be safe than sorry (;
