What is wrong with my stomach?!

For almost 24 hours straight I have felt like I'm starving. You know, that certain pain you get in your stomach when you're literally starving. Its hurting so bad. I've been eating regularly but it hasn't helped at all. I've tried drinking a mass amount of water to flush the feeling away but that also didn't work. I've tried tums. I want this feeling to go away but more importantly I want to know what's wrong with me. This isn't normal.
