Do I need Gallbladder surgery?!

Hi, my name's Cody. I am 16 years old, 6 foot 6 inches tall and 150 pounds. It seems that I have always had some degree of digestive problems throughout my life, but nothing too noticable, and really nothing painful. I also pretty much NEVER get sick. Last year I started getting stomach pains and a few weeks later had my appendix removed, which was about ready to burst. I haven't been sick since then until a few days ago, I was at school and at about 1:15 my stomach started hurting pretty bad. I went to the bathroom and I felt a little better, then it happened again at about 2:30 or so. I thought it was all over until I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning the next day feeling like I had swallowed a blowtorch and it had turned on in my stomach (so basically I had some pretty bad pain coming from my stomach area) I went to the bathroom and the pain went away. Between then and now, I went all of today with a small migrain headache around my eyes and had some small stomach pains in my Biology class at about 10:00 or so. Nothing since then, but I have been also feeling a little bloated and have been having some indigestion as well as gas. Does this sound like it could be gallbladder to y'all? Because I'm really not looking forward to having to have another surgery anytime soon. :(
