What do I do in this situation?!

Question: What do I do in this situation?

I had taken off last Thursday due to a virus I had. My coworker came down with the same thing Monday but didnt take off Monday or Tuesday. Our office is small, only three people. Now I'm having symptoms of it again- vomiting, diarrhea etc. I have a meeting tomorrow. Should I call in sick? What do I do?
