Would this be considered possible means for a medical marijuana card?!

Question: Would this be considered possible means for a medical marijuana card?
i actually legitly have a problem. so i broke my back (1 badish compression fracture and a couple more cracked a bit) and apparently the squished down vertebrae will never build back up. so could i get a card for medical marijuana and how old do you have to be in California. im only 15 now but this is for later.
i don't just want it to smoke weed all day, i would like it because i hate painkillers i don't take anything stronger than an advil. i cant stand other painkillers, they make me feel gross and icky you know what i mean?
i just want to know if that would be a reason to get a "green card" for pain and please don't give me a speech on how "bad" marijuana is just don't do that.
thank you

Answers:

You have every right and reason to obtain a medical marijuanaa card. The only thing you're lacking is 3 years. But when you do turn 18 you can get a card easier than anyone. Good luck till then, my best advice is ask around your school and buy some illegally :D

my own health problems and years of smoking weed

It definitely could be. Anything causing you long-term pain like that should be a legitimate reason. I'm not sure at what age you can obtain medical marijuana (I believe it's 18)

Possibly yes in some areas your parents would have to sign for it though with parental permission. And if painkillers make you feel gross and icky then you won't like being high.

might be

Dopamine receptors are located along the central nervous system, so I don't really see a problem here; however, at your age/any age its illegal to be using this drug as stated above. Also, you can always try cortisone shots as well to help reduce pain in the area; however, this is only a temporary pain reliever and is only primarily used within the tendons/bursas and joints within the elbows, shoulders or knees.

Also, if you can't stand pill oral medications there is a medication known as sativex which is a sublingual spray which you could probably ask your doctor about as well.

Hope this helps you out some!
