It wont make a huge diffrence but a slight improvement in eyesight would be visible.
Only if you were seriously deficient in Vitamin A to begin with. If you had normal intakes of Vitamin A then it will make no difference.
No, take a multiple vitamin and eat healthy. Be sure you are getting enough calcium and vitamin D.
