But if I stand up and pee, it goes outwards like a boy, not straight down.
Nore does it go straight down even when I'm sitting on the toilet.

Well your normal, your plumbing is just a bit different. My ex had a similar issue, she could pee standing up with just a little manipulation from her finger.
UTI, if your suffering that much, you best see a doctor. He/she might suggest changing something in your diet or give you medications to get it out of your system
Your "wee tube" may be angled more slightly forward than other girls. Thus allowing you to spread you lips and piss like a boy. Have fun with it and practice your aim standing up! Your GF's will be impressed you have this killer boy skill! Guaranteed. Then go piss you name in the snow like boys do and snap a pic to prove you have killer pee skills!
