Question: What does in-patient care for bulimia involve?
i'm 14, and have had bulimia for three years, i restrict throughout the day then binge and purge anywhere from 1 to 3 times every evening. i have tried to recover on many occasions but find it impossile. i'm 5'4 and 100 lbs.
i've been offered in-patient care in a near city for my bulimia, but i have no idea what it would involve. :'(
my councilor says it is a small unit with 8 beds, but she didnt say anything else.
