None of us can diagnose you with anything on here. It sounds pretty damn serious though. Go to a doctor asap.

any number of things could be wrong, what you NEED to do instead of asking random strangers on the internet medical advice, is to get yourself to an emergency room ASAP. Especially is you have such severe symptoms.
