How much water is too much?!


Question: How much water is too much?
I gulp half a liter during my 35-40 minute weight training workouts. I take a couple of glasses when I reach home after workout. And for dinner I take a long glass. And around a liter in all during the other times of the day. I was wondering if I'm taking enough water or too much? Btw I,m 19 if that could help.

well you an never have too much too drink. Drinking all day though could be a medical problem. You could be dehydrated.
