Answers:

Talk to your doctor, there are medical solutions to this. Don't worry!

research moisture alarms, they can tell you when you are going and can wake you up to go to the bathroom.

Are you sure it is urine and not a wet dream?

Also there is medication available it that does not work.

training you bladder will help. like doing psyical activities making you pee will help. drinkning and exercising. dont turn to drugs til you cant help youself.

You definitely need to talk with your primary doctor, and have him/her check you out thoroughly. If everything is fine with you physically, then there is a medication called DDAVP which is available in the form of a nose spray. It is a hormone that your body naturally produces, which causes your kidneys to slow down while you're asleep, so your bladder doesn't fill up so quickly. It can be very helpful for many people like yourself. You owe it to yourself to get checked out. Most likely, it is a treatable condition, and you won't have to live with the embarrassment anymore.

I am a physician with over 18 years of experience.
