Question: $600 dollars for a URINE test?
Well, I had a bladder infection for the past week, or so I assumed. I confirmed it at a small clinic the other day after taking a urine test.
Walgreen's offers these tests for about 70 bucks, and the lady upstairs in the clinic told me it would be about $75 dollars or so just for the test.
Well, I was outraged when I received a bill in the mail today for almost $600 dollars.
On it, it said originally $980 for just the simple urine test, then it says ADJUSTMENTS: Minus $380 dollars.
I'm starting to think they did the 980 - 380 so it would seem like they lowered it for me. This isn't fooling me at all.
Who in their right mind tries to charge 600 dollars for a urine test? I'm going their tomorrow to raise holy hell.

I would be ticked also. Remember to always get a name when being quoted a figure for anything. I can guess that you are being charged $525.00 for the lab work and the office visit was $75.00. Pretty bad shame, although my mind says different not so nice words about Walgreens. I would not back down. Good luck!
