Question: How old do you have to be to BUY and SMOKE cigarettes in Canada?
Specifically in Ontario, because maybe its different in different provinces/territories.
My mom said 19 to buy, and 16 to smoke (or she said any age, and then changed her answer... shes kinda unsure :P).
