Question: How come every time it his night time I have the urge to whistle?
It doesn't matter where I am, once it hits 6:00pm I can't help but to whistle. And I do it and don't even notice. I only do it for about 1-3 minutes of whistling. Not a tune. Just breathing in and out making a whistle noise. I've tried to hold myself back but I can't. I have to do it. Why is that?

Maybe you have asthma. The whistling might be wheezing. You need to see your dr. and not count on guessing on the internet.Not everyone giving advice online has medical training and even if they do, they haven't examined you.
Habit. Same as how people hum, bite nails, tap their foot on the floor. No biggie
