Question: Stomach flu no vomiting ? ! ?
My sister has had the stomach flu yesterday , and she was vomiting . But today i think i have the same thing , with stomach ache . but i have not vomited today .just diarrhea all day , is it possible to have a stomach flu but just with no vomiting ?

absolutely. The only time I usually vomit is if I drink too much. I had the stomach flu a couple years ago and i was in so much pain that I was laying in the hallway ready to die. Never puked once, but the bathroom.... I was there all the time! Hope you get better.
