Answers:

It sounds like anxiety, but that shouldn't bother you, there are many ways to control anxiety if it turns out that is the case.

The best way to start is talk to your trusted general practitioner, they can rule out any medical conditions that you are not aware of.

If nothing physically is wrong with you, I would strongly recommend seeing a therapist to nip it in the bud. Anxiety is a habit people have, and the longer the habitual underlying thoughts that cause anxiety exist - the longer it takes to break the habit (just like smoking, alcohol, etc...).

I would also suggest a therapist that practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This form of therapy is proactive and doesn't involve much couch-sitting, rather active participation and observation.

Another healthy practice is meditation. There are no religious implications if you explore meditation (specifically mindfulness of breath) - you don't have to be a Buddhist or anything. In fact, every major religion has taught some sort of meditation.

Good luck, and hang in there!

I am 13, and i have Anxioty of school (ftw), my sister and mom fighting, n yelling. I get sick feelings 24/7 and its really annoying. The only answer is, ask your doctor.
