Question: I need to know this to keep myself safe?

I need to know substances that cause severe brain damage and crippling effects so I can avoid them. ( I am very smart, with a bright future, and a little paranoid, and I want to stay safe.)

Theres realy nothing to be paranoid about. If you stay on the right path and don't do drugs, only drink once in a great while, and so forth, you should be just fine. (Well, causes of a stroke are usually overall bad health, usually caused by Blocked Arterys, High cholesterol, etc)
