Is it normal for a person's feet to sweat?!

I'm just wondering because my feet never stink and they never sweat at all. I can run all day in socks but my feet just don't sweat. I always thought that it wasn't normal for a person's feet to stink and that if they did it was caused by some sort of fungal infection.

I remember there was a period in my life where my feet started sweating and my mom went to the drugstore and got this powder stuff and after about a week it went away. I think I had some sort of foot infection. So I was wondering if maybe the people who have sweaty feet have what I had.

Do most people generally have feet that sweat and stink or is this abnormal? Because people are always cracking jokes about feet and when someone takes off their shoes people make a big deal and say they stink even when they don't.
