Getting cut, whether by accident or intentional self-harm, is damage to the skin, and cannot responsibly be labeled as "healthy."

The body repairs itself and leaves scar tissue. Although this tissue is stronger than the skin it replaces, it is not as elastic nor does it have the ability to self-repair that good, old-fashioned, "original skin" has.

One plus and two minuses add up to negative, overall.

No. Your skin is the envelope that holds your body away from all the germs that are on everything. Staph, strep, flu, virus, bacteria, etc.. Opening holes in your protective covering leaves you open to infection.

I know scar tissue is tougher, but it doesnt stretch, do I wouldn't recomend falling over lots to scar your knees as it will be painful to move as it won't stretch

Well your skin can get rougher from like scars and stuff, but I don't think it makes it a lot tougher. I would not try to fall to make you skin tougher haha:P

Heck no!
This is like saying breaking your legs is healthy
and as far as I know it does not make the skin any tougher
