Does drinking water before bed prevent a hangover?!

Question: Does drinking water before bed prevent a hangover?
Never done this I went out last week and was gonna try this, but I was so drunk I was feeling a bit queezy, immediately layed down to settle my stomach then passed out ..
My friend said if you drink enough to get drunk before you go to bed drink some water first because during drinking you're body is using up all the water to flush out the alcohol hense plenty of trips to the bathroom and the hangover by the time you wake up that's why you feel so dehydrated and have a headache. So if I was to drink like a glass of water before bed while drunk could I prevent a hangover?

Just the one glass of water wont prevent the hangover the next day. Several glasses of water drunk throughout the night might help ease the symptoms of dehydration that drinkers get after a night of drinking alcohol. So try several glasses and a Barroccoa..vitamin B. Vitamin B helps rid the body of the toxins from the alcohol. Alcohol is actually a poison so yeah you need to repair the damage....fried eggs and bacon will help line your stomach in the morning and help ease the nausea along with a cup of ginger tea. If you are too nauseaus to eat just have the ginger tea and and a glass of orange or apple juice.

watched a documentary on binge drinking that gave hangover cure tips..

you can also . the next morning when you wake up. drink a coffee or redbull then take a jog for about 20 mins. come home then eat. that would leave you good for the rest of the day.

or you can smoke weed like morning bake then eat and youll be alright

No it does not but your body doed go into dehydration mode within 10 hrs after excessive drinking. I use to take an asprin after drinking and it helped, but no excessive drinking is best goodluck!.
