Question: Need some help please just take a look PLEASE?
I know people here are not doctors but please try and help for around 3 years i have had a cough and i always cough up white mucus and its the worst when i wake up in the morning always clearing throat and always have a stuffy nose i use this spray now for Post nasal drip and it helps some but its not completely gone it still bugs me in the morning but i do okay during the day now and also a big question when i get upset and cry my nose starts running BAD and its clear and white mucus and its a ton when i blow it out its a huge amount and i start coughing up huge amount what could this be please help

That sounds pretty miserable. I assume because you use a nasal spray that you have seen a doctor. Its good that the mucus is white. That at least means you don't have some kind of infection. At the doctors office did they test you for any allergies? If not, go back and tell them whats been going on and that you have had enough. If they don't have any suggestions then ask for some basic allergy tests to be run. If is allergies, hopefully you can either avoid whatever is making you react or get some relief with allergy medications. If none of these things work for you, you might request a chest x-ray or CT scan of your sinuses. I really hope you can get to the bottom of whats making you feel this way.

Sounds like an allergy...either get a new bed or just vaccum your bed really thoroughly....then vaccum whole room and wash drapes etc...sounds like dust is irritating your airways...

A cough that is 3 yrs old is not good at all. Go see a doctor ASAP.
