Probably not.
You may not have the stomach flu at all, but rather it's your nerves going out of control. If you were really nervous right before the kiss, or stressed out, it could easily cause you to have Stomach Flu symptoms.

There is no such thing as a stomach flu. Whoever told you there is a stomach flu is ignorant.
