Question to people with Dwarfism?!

Question: Question to people with Dwarfism?
Doing a essay on those born with Dwarfism, and I would like to know what term is most accepted, or tolerated among those with Dwarfism. I've heard Dwarves, Little People, etc. but would like to know coming from those with Dwarfism.

Thanks!

Adults whose height is 4'10" or under call themselves "Little People." There is an organization called Little People of America, with international branches with names like "Little People of Australia" and so on. In the membership qualifications, it states: "To join LPA, you must be a little person (usually but not always defined as an adult height of 4'10" or under as the result of a medical or genetic condition), a family member, or demonstrate a well-founded interest in issues relating to dwarfism."

So, the condition may be referred to as "dwarfism" , but the individuals refer to themselves as "little people".
