Question: If I got my tonsils taken out, would smoking be easier?
Let's say I smoke weed and cough if I take too big of a hit. If I got my tonsils taken out, after I heal, would it be easier to smoke?

I don't see any relevance between smoking and tonsils. I don't know how it could be easier. Smoke is like air as far as the passages go.
One thing for sure though.
You don't want to have your lungs removed hoping this will help. I wouldn't try that.
