i imagine a showerhead would hurt if you whacked them on the head with it, first throw a towel on their head - then whack away lol... while they're in pain grab something better to take them down with
most bathrooms have an arsenal of chemical weapons under the sink and in the cabinet. Any of which could be used as a "mace" if you have any ninja skills you could always rip down the curtain rod and use it as a bow stave. there's usually a few razor blades lying around somewhere that might come in handy.
Hairspray in the eyes is the most lethal legal weapon, if you have to be face-to-face (robbery rather than burglary). Keep some around even if you don't have hair.
I'm gonna go with something aerosol based, right in the eyes!
