Being that you're sick, your stomach probably is rejecting the fast foods because it may be too heavy for it. I suggest that you eat healthier, lighter meals until you feel better. If you eat a lighter meal while you're sick, you might not get that feeling to throw up.

Well you have been eating lots of junk food recently and no vegetables! That is bad because you could get very ill. Vegetables are really important in our diet because they make digestion easier and reduce the risk of digestive system's cancer so you should eat at least 5 fruits or vegetables per day.( don't worry I'm not an adult who tells you to eat vegetables I'm only 16).
Also you shoud not take ibrupofin with an empty stomach because it makes your stomach hurt and you get nauseous . Maybe you should stop taking it if you got a sensible stomach. But this is mainly caused because of you diet. Change it!!!! Seriously!!! I got a friend who had to have surgery because of eating too much junk food!! Eat more vegetables , have a healthier breakfast such as fruits or fibers . Trust me!! U really have to do that! You eat too much bacon and fast food

I did a research about all this stuff last year

Stop with the bacon and McDonalds and eat things that are gentle to your stomach, like Saltines or toast. Ginger ale can help with nausea (ginger is a natural remedy), as can peppermint tea.
