Who on here can give me some advice about my problem?!

Question: Who on here can give me some advice about my problem?
I think I'm suffering from depression and on top of that I sleep a whole lot, and I learned that sleeping a whole lot makes you tired and lazy during the day. That's a fact because I am tired and lazy during the day. I don't feel like doing nothing, but lounging around and sleeping. I really need some help because this is affecting my school work. Right now, I'm not home, but when I get home I want to sleep the rest of this Friday away because I want to try to get rid of undereye bags I've be suffering with for a long while now, and I feel so tired.

Answers:

try exercising and forcing yourself to limit how much you sleep at once. 8 hours a night is enough, you are still allowed naps.

exercise will elevate your mood, energy levels and you'll even sleep more soundly (though that's not a problem it seems.

you can start with a half hour of walking or jogging. just do something for 30 minutes a few days a week and keep it up to see results.

You should first make an appointment with a medical doctor. You may have a medical condition that can easily be addressed. Have a positive attitude- believe that you will find answers and solutions and you will.

My friend is like that she takes Vitamin B12. And it helps her so she doesn't feel lazy. It's a liquid. Ask You Doctor About it if you can take it. Hope I helped!
