Question: Waiting for a skin biopsy. Last time when positive for melanoma it took 1 day. Now 7-10 days.?
Is the lag in time a good sign? Do they typically rush bad news to the doctor's office? We called this morning and they didn't have the results yet.
Last time when the person was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma (it was small and fully removed thank goodness) we got a phone call in like 24 hours.
Why the lack of urgency in calling us back this time?
