If I stop taking sertraline, will my anorgasmia go away?!

Question: If I stop taking sertraline, will my anorgasmia go away?
I have been on Sertraline for about four or five years, as a combination treatment for ADHD with Concerta. It had been working well and is still fairly good for my ADHD. But now that I'm older, and, well, intimate with people, I've realized that one of the side effects of Sertraline is anorgasmia, which is the inability to reach orgasm. If I switch my medication, or slowly stop taking my Sertraline (with my Doctor's permission, of course), will my anorgasmia disappear as well, or is it a long term effect that will never go away as a result of prolonged usage of Sertraline?

Probably not long term. However your anorgasmia could have other components which will take work up to define.
