If not, why not?

You need vit D in your body to maintain the proper balance of calcium and phosphorus to support bone mineralization. The fat content is trivial, unless you're leading a less than active lifestyle. In which case you should watch your caloric intake to ensure your body can properly process the nutrient you're consuming.



Yup. I've had a glass almost EVERY Day for my 57 years, -and I'm STILL Healthy & Kicking. -So what MORE proof do you want ??! :)
