You can give up smoking easily and beat cravings with hypnosis. Cheap and safe without drugs.

don't listen to these guys. basically like cigarettes your going to want to smoke again. I stopped while i was living in a big house with a pool and everything, being payed unemployment, down the street from the mall, hotel and beach in Hawaii(just giving you a pic of how my life was) and i smoked everyday just like you. So one day i stopped. I gained an increase in energy, money(lol),my thoughts became clearer, and i began to exercise and after a while it became easy because i sweated out all the built up toxins. So yeah when quitting anything bad for you of course there will be a diff. You just may not notice it right away so observe the slow differences over a period of a month or 2 and try to do something. set a goal so your energy isn't being spent doing nothing.

you'll want to do it again and you probably will.
maybe you'll get irritated and things seem boring to you.
nothing happens to your body physically.
