Question: What does it mean when you are born with highlights in your hair?
My little sister is 4, and she had highlights in her hair when she was a newborn. Her hair was black with almost white streaks in her hair. What does this mean?

Just a natural Phenomenon! I wasn't born with highlights, but now ( I am 15) I have REALLY blond hair with natural brown streaks. It is just a thing that happens sometimes!
That means she was born with highlights in her hair...
it means she has natural highlights....
