AUGH. I have a splitting headache and I'm going to vomit. How can I survive!

Question: AUGH. I have a splitting headache and I'm going to vomit. How can I survive through cheer practice?
As I type this, the bile in the back of my throat is rising and my head is THROBBING.
I feel positively terrible. Jams! is next week so we're going to have a two and a half hour practice tonight and three hour practices tomorrow and the day after.
I can't miss these practices or I can't compete, but I just want to die right now, I'm running a 101 fever and I've missed too many practices this year.
How can I get through this weekend as painlessly as possible?

Answers:

Well that really sucks. I would you take some tylenol because that would help with the headache and the fever. If feel like you have to vomit don't hold it back, because sometimes you actually feel better after you vomit. Try to do as little as possible and rest as much as possible. Drink a good amount of water (not to much and not all at once). I hope it helps. Also, I know it means a lot to you, but consider not going, because your health is very important. I know missing out on competing might be dissapointing but just look to the future because life goes on, and one day not being able to compete will not be that important in your life.
