Well, the first thing that I would look at is your diet. Don't you let anyone tell you that weight is genetic, because they're feeding you a line of bs. I wouldn't listen to anything specific from anyone on here, though. This is the internet. You should schedule an appointment with your family doctor and ask him or her to point you in the direction of an accredited nutritionist. A nutritionist will lay out a diet for you that will help you with your weight loss goal. Paired with exercise (go for a personal trainer if you can. They're relatively inexpensive if you have an average salary. If not, just "move". Run, do sit ups, jump rope, ride a bike, skate), this is a pretty reasonable thing to accomplish. If you want to go the extra mile, I would say limit your meat and dairy product intake. I don't know how you feel about going vegetarian or even vegan, but there are a lot of studies that back up the benefits of taking on a whole-foods, plant based diet. If you're interested in that, look up Dr. T Collin Campbell, The China Study, and especially the movie Forks Over Knives (there are some trailers up of it on youtube). I would definitely reccomend eating less junk food (for obvious reasons), more fruit, and organic food. Organic food is a little more expensive than conventional food, but its benefits are worth it. More importantly, don't let anyone bring you down and tell you that you can't do anything or make you feel insignificant as a person. Make sure you're doing this for the right reasons. excersise every day, eat healthy, or go on the tv show "i used to be fat" on MTV and you'll lose your weight in less than 80 days.

You should get exercise and also you should eat healthy, and if you need help talk to a doctor or a nutritionist.



Cut down all junk food and soda and just eat health for a week.. decrease the dairy product as well and whilst at it try to run for 20-30 mins a day..
