Question: I have gastroenteritis (stomach virus)...when should I be back to normal?

I've had it since yesterday, but I'm feeling much better now (still a few cramps and a little nausea though). How long do you think I should wait before I can eat fruit and drink fruit juice without throwing it up?

atleast give it a week for your gastric to heal and recover. be very careful of ur diet and dont move around too much!
