Question: ADHD? What does this works?
I apply for benefits for my sons ADHD in 2009 of may. They denied him once 2009 july, then a second time 2009 december. I appealed it and the sent me a letter 2011 january stating they have picked a judge out for my son but don't have a ciurt date. Whats going on? Do you think he'll get approve this time? Whats taking so long? Why they havee to deny him all the time? What do you think will happen next?

Court processes always take a long time. It depends on where you live, how old your son is, and what kind of benefits you are applying for. They obviously think he is not eligible for the benefits you are seeking, which is part of the reason why it is taking a long time. There is no way to know what will happen next.
