Why am I always sick?!

Question: Why am I always sick?
I'm a college student and just this year starting about October I started getting sick constantly, I've had countless colds and sore throats. In the past month I've had both a stomach flu and regular flu. I have GERD so I've cut down on the unhealthy foods. I get a fair amount of sleep. I'm so sick of getting sick! Also my roommates sick alot too but with ear infections and sinus stuff. Why am I always sick?

you may want to ask a doctor why your always getting sick
the Stomach Flu is not fun to get :(
and never get the Stomach Virus

I had the Stomach Flu twice & the Stomach Virus once

Sounds like you have gotten run-down and have not recovered from the flu or a possible viral infection. See your doctor. You may need another round of antibiotics. Are you taking vitamins and/or supplements? You need a multi-vitamin, B complex, C, and E. Your doctor may recommend other supplements that would be helpful. I know this sounds redundant and cliche, but wash your hands often. You are in environment that is teeming with germs and colds and flu will be passed from one of you to the other. Keep hand wipes or sanitizer in your purse or pocket. You may look like an idiot doing it, but use a tissue to open doors and to handle other surfaces that have been touched a lot by others. Wash your hands often, especially before eating.

Try to increase your intake of water. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to get more rest, even though you feel you are getting adequate sleep. Take care of yourself until you get your body and immune system built up agailn.
