How do you expect to help her when you yourself are doing the same thing?

Also, don't jump to conclusions, her idea of self harming could be different to yours, she might just have a few nicks on her arms or something. I suggest you try and sort out yourself then you will be in a better position to help her.

Oh my... That can't be too good. Both other you together need to seek medical help seriously no joke. I only met one girl that would do stuff like that but I don't understand why. I think she is smart but a little crazy for hurting herself and it's very depressing to be around someone like that, it seem's they always think about the past and I mean years in the past and start cutting and etc. I couldn't enjoy doing anything because I always had to see ok she was ok. No matter if it was someone's birthday party we were at some how she made it all about her self. We are no longer friends but I wish her well always.
The best way to help your friend is to stop hurting your self too then maybe you two can have fun and stop being so depressing I mean well when I say this. Best wishes.
