serious chest pains!?!

Question: Serious chest pains!?
I'm a fifteen year old girl who's had A LOT of stress in my life lately. Every time I get overly stressed or angry my chest gets really tight and a pain spreads through it. It feels like my heart is working really hard to pump, and working a little faster. It's not going extremely fast just picking up the pace a little. It also just feels like it's working harder to function. It hurts a lot. It feels like an elephant is standing on my chest. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, either just sitting or doing physical activity, it's started by stress or anger. It really hurts and it's starting to scare me and the pain is getting worse. Someone please help me. What's going on and how do I make it stop?

I have the same problem. Its from stress, it could be a panic attack or and anxiety attack. Stress can cause random pains all threw out your body. I bet you can feel little flutters in your chest. That's your heart because its racing really fast! You can try yoga, breathing deeply and slowly in threw your nose out threw your mouth! If all fails then talk to your dr and maybe they can put you on some anxiety meds.. I don't recommend them because they are highly addictive.. I take xanax .5 every now and again and it works wonderss. But at your age, you shouldn't have that much stress that's just not right! I hope all goes well for you! Don't worry sweetie its just stress. Try to relax and be a 15 year old. Best of wishes

Go to a doctor. Sounds like some kind of panic attack - I feel various kinds of pain due to my stress and panic attacks.

chest pain is more serious than any other type of pain because it is related to your breathing and circulation. u need to consult a doctor.
