Question: I'm going to get a physical and i have an issue?
Second, For my first time, i smoked pot about a week ago.
My doctors appointment is next weekend to. So i'll have about 2 weeks sober..
I know it takes around a month.. However,will i have to pee in a cup for a full physical?
And how maybe can i stop them from noticing? I'm sure there are ways...
I've been drinking a truckload of water.

Take plenty of tissues and a spare pair of baggy underpants.
And apologise for the mess for god's sake.
Yes a drug test isn't part of a physical, and even if it was, smoking one time, wouldn't show. Stop drinking so much water, or you'll throw your test results off on other things, just be a headache you don't need. Go without smoking pot, and you'll have a lot less in life to worry about.
The doctor will check your vital signs, listen to your heart, lungs, belly, check your posture, and make sure you are on target for your age for height and weight. He will also check your reflexes and measure your spine for signs of scoliosis.
He might want a urine sample, but the only way the lab will find marijuana is if they specifically test for it. Quit drowning yourself. It won't help anyway.
A drug test is not part of a standard physical.
