Don't be embarrassed, everyone does the same thing. I happen to be the one who is always saying "Can we stop"!?!? First, make yourself go to the bathroom right before you leave. Try not to drink so much prior to leaving or in route. If you already do the above, than there is not much more you can do. It's just a natural part of our bodies and not good to hold. Besides, it's also good exercise for everyone to get out and stretch! Enjoy your trip :)

Don't drink very much at all. But you might have a bigger problem if you have frequent urination issues.

Ok try not drink alot or eat ive been to Florida
