And sorry but im not going to the doctors its the Flu not a life threatening disease or injury.

No sense in going to the doctor and infecting everyone else. There is no cure for flu and antibiotics don't do anything for viruses.
Sleep, clear fluids, Tylenol, saltines. If you start dehydrating then you do in fact need medical care immediately.
Clear fluids: clear tea, apple juice, water, chicken or beef broth, ginger ale or 7 Up.
