Question: Im always fatigued/ no energy. any suggestions?
So I eat the right food, Im actually on a balanced diet with proteins, carbs,lots of fruit water and veggies. I work out 3-4 times a week, and I try to stay active at most times. However,I just cant seem to figure out why I am always SO tired. This has been a problem of mines for a couple years. Let me describe it.

1. I can go to sleep at 11:30 p.m., and wake up at 10:30 a.m. (thats 11 hours of sleep) and Ill still wake up tired. I mean with no energy.

2. Last week on my off day, I went to sleep at 2 am and woke up around 1230, 1pm (about 10 hours). I woke up feeling okay after breakfast, and at around 330, 4pm, I was tired again and I feel asleep at 5pm for two hours until 7pm.

It doesnt seem to matter if I sleep 8 hrs or 12 hours, eat the right nutrients and foods, I always feel tired (in a sleepy kind of way, and sometime even fatigue kind f way). Does anyone suggest something before I pay $40 for my doctor to tell me something as simple as eating better. I do eat good, but anything such as a supplement I can take or does a certain multivitamin(s) work? Please I need help

You won't be able to help yourself until you get to the root of the problem. I suggest going to your doctor. If it is a vitamin deficiency, he can perform a blood test to check what exactly you are missing.

You could have chronic fatigue syndrome, or you could just be stressed. Again, make an appointment with your GP.

sounds like your thyroid may not be working right go to doctor and have it checked also a simple blood test may reveal some problems you arent aware of , even tho you have a good eating you could be deficient in something hope this helps
