I Got to High and Was Freakn Out?!

Question: I Got to High and Was Freakn Out?
I'm not new to smoking, usually I take 1-2 hits and It's the best feeling in the world. But last night after I drank 5 beers, I smoked more weed than I've ever smoked in my lifetime. This was not the best feeling in the world.
My heart started beating too fast, and it felt like it was going to pop outside of my chest. I went to the bathroom, stood in the mirror, and realized my whole body was shaking or shivering like I was cold. I kept myself fairly calm because I was pretty sure I was going to be alright. I was just worried about my heart because I have an irregular heartbeat, and if my heart was really beating fast, that would be a lot of stress on my heart.
So anyways, I was shivering, my heart was out of control, my chest and stomach were burning, I had issues swallowing, so I decided to sleep it out.

Woke up this afternoon and I'm still feeling high. My heart is still racing a little bit, and driving home, I was going 70mph on the highway and it felt like I was going like 20mph.

Am I putting too much stress on my heart, or is it alright?

You've just had your first panic attack congratulations. If you would like to not have another one then don't smoke pot!

I hope you are joking. Stop being a retard and quit smoking. You aren't cool for it.

But if you really want, go smoke some weed in the middle of that highway.

Just like he said, stop being stupid and don't put other people's lives in danger. Do not drive while you're on that. Better yet, save your life and don't smoke it at all.

see there are many different types weed you were probably on some angel dust or some weed that's way to strong for you buddy....so dnt be scared now just stop smoking because you did to yourself

WTF were you thinking DRIVING while high?! You deserve to die.

You'll be fine but you should expect to feel weird for several more hours and you may not be back to normal for a full 48 hours. If you feel like you are having an anxiety attack just breathe normally and try to relax, it's really all in your head and you can stop feeling ill by doing normal routine activities such as going for a walk or cleaning your room or doing a crossword puzzle - anything boring and normal will help you get back to baseline. Xanax works wonders but you probably don't have any.
