Question: I need help with ADD?

i have been diagnosed but this semester i cant pay attention during my fifth period class, my hands are shaking so i cant even hold a pen, and i zone out completly and have a fuzzy mind going on whats going on and what can fix this?

You have to find medical treatments. Only a good doctor can help you with that. The first step is admitting there is a serious issue that needs treatment.

Have you tried altering food intake??? Blood sugar levels are sometimes critical.
