i keep geting mouth ulcers becuse i hav a habbit ov bitting my . lol any advice

I have a habit of doing that to lol!! But I'm not sure if it's bad doing that? Hmm. Why'll your doing it think about what your doing and say "what the fu*k am I doing". Act like it's a bad thing. That's why I do. Sometimes!!
