Feeling flushed.. light headed?!
Question: Feeling flushed.. light headed?
Recently (a few months) I keep getting a random few minutes (every few days) where i get light headed, a little dizy and feeling really flushed especially my face.. could anybody give me any idea as to what is going on?

Make sure you're well hydrated, and not overheating.
